Naga's entire executive career was built inside two companies that run some of the largest real-time systems on Earth, LinkedIn and Uber, rising internally at Uber over eleven years to become CTO of a platform operating across cities, countries, and hundreds of millions of users.

• Named Chief Technology Officer of Uber (December 2025). Took overall technical leadership of Uber's global platform after prior roles running Mobility and Delivery engineering.
• Chief Technology Officer, Mobility & Delivery, Uber (2024-2025). Directed engineering across Uber's core ride-hailing and delivery businesses before his elevation to company-wide CTO.
• Vice President of Engineering, Uber (2022-2024). Led large-scale engineering organizations through a multi-year period of platform growth.
