The Complete Bibliography of the AI Governance Reference Library

What this page is

This is the consolidated reference section for the AI Governance Reference Library, every external source the library cites, in one place, exactly as a book carries its bibliography. The library’s accuracy claim rests on a simple discipline: every page is written from the primary instrument, the statute, the regulation, the enforcement release, the official framework text, not from secondary summaries, and every page carries attributed findings from peer-reviewed research. This page lists all of it: 74 primary sources across statutes, regulators, standards bodies, and official government publications, and 45 peer-reviewed or formally published research works. When a source conflicts with a widely repeated secondary claim, the library follows the source, which is where its recorded corrections come from. Links go directly to the issuing authority wherever one exists.

European Union and Council of Europe

United States, federal

United States, states and cities

Other jurisdictions

Standards bodies, SROs, and professional organizations

Peer-reviewed and published research

Every library page quotes at least two of the following works, with the finding attributed inline where it is used.

Corrections and the maintenance posture are described on the library hub. If a link above has moved or an instrument has been superseded, that is a defect: report it and it will be corrected and logged.
