• Named EVP and Chief AI Officer, U.S. Bank (2024). Leads AI strategy at one of the largest U.S. financial institutions.
• Applying AI to unstructured data at Allstate. Used AI to analyze petabytes of voice, image, and document data, opening new revenue streams and reducing compliance costs.
• Director of Data Engineering, Capital One. Directed the Card division's migration of analytics infrastructure to cloud-based big data systems, integrating seven merchant partners and reducing operational costs.
